"I placed my order 2/11/15...when nothing arrived I called 3/2....they found order was never placed....but a part of it did arrive 2/28...Customer service rep did not speak clearly.....I kept asking her to repeat & repeat-she did not answer then she left a phone message regarding the order....could not understand one word she mumbled on the message either.....had to call back to find out what was done....finally got a rep that spoke clearly...NO, I am not hard of hearing one bit!!! Usually SMP is easy to deal with and prompt on their delivery...not this last time!! Need to TRAIN customer service reps to speak clearly and not be silent or have an attitude when asked to repeat!!! "
