"I purchased 2 combination sewing machine cases for my wife and my mother in law. Three days later I was told that my mother in laws gift would not be delivered before Christmas. That was about a week and a half before christmas. Because it was too late to order from some where else I just decided to stick with the order and her gift would just have to be late. I was told it would be delivered by 15 January. That date has yet to arrive.
As for my wife's gift, I was notified that her order was backed up but the large case would be upgraded because it was the dealers mistake. I waited and waited till 2 days before Christmas. I called the contact number and the ladies comment was, " oh no, I am so sorry. We are not able to get your wife's order to you by Christmas and we will not be upgrading your order after all". She said to me " you slipped through the cracks". So basically your company failed to advertise correctly on what is in stalk as well as going back on a promise to upgrade an item I purchased well before Christmas which we never got and are still waiting for. Then the lady says let me give you a $15.00 gift card for the trouble. Really, I spent over 300 dollars for gifts that never got to there destinations, and all you can tell me is here is $15.00 toward merchandise that we can't promise to Send you. "
