"What a nighmare......I ordered this machine in hopes of getting it within 10 business days - which I was assured that it would happen. However, after sending in paperwork several times and being approved for fincnacing I still did not see any sighn nor notification of the shipment of the machine. I called after 15 days and was told that paperwork was missing. I resent paperwork and again was told that it did not arrive despite my fax records of delivery. I finally got ahold of Pam and she made sure that the paperwork was received and said that it would be shipped immediately. I finally got a message with tracking number and discovered that it was not shipped for an additional number of days....so now I am STILL waiting for delivery of a machine that was originally ordered in early-mid August!.....I'll not use this vendor again if I can possibly help it!"
