"The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was a delay in responding to an email I had sent inquiring about my shipment. Customer service was great and they had called right away to let me know about a delay in the shipment due to circumstances beyond their control. But then I didn't hear from them so I followed up with an email. I didn't hear back from them which I thought was odd based on their initial promptness. But they did call me back and let me know my order was shipping within a day or two. I'm sure they were overwhelmed with the delays of orders. And I liked that they called instead of emailing and they were always very pleasant on the phone. I would purchase from them again. "

"We ordered a sewing chair for my wife. When the two packages came (on time), one of the packages was partially open with a hole on the side. However, the only damage was some scratches on the wood base. Therefore, we decided to not return the chair due to the time involved in getting it replaced. Otherwise, chair is nice.

"Hi: My experience placing my order was great. I got an e-mail from a nice lady , she apologized and told me the item I ordered was backordered and they would notify me when it was shipped and I haven't heard anything since , so I am still waiting for my quilt template. It was on my pay-pal statement this month , so it is paid for I hope I get it soon.
