Customer service was great and they had called right away to let me know about a delay in the shipment due to circumstances beyond their control. But then I didn't hear from them so I followed up with an email. I didn't hear back from them which I thought was odd based on their initial promptness. But they did call me back and let me know my order was shipping within a day or two. I'm sure they were overwhelmed with the delays of orders.
