"While the prices are wonderful and I could not find anywhere that would price match...purchasing from an out of state company has been frustrating as far as customer support. The frame purchased needed to be built and basically I was left to the not so clear, incomplete, instructions that were "not" included in the box, along with several of the parts! When I called for guidance or a local support person to perhaps assist, there is no such thing. I was advised to call the manufacturer or call a local quilt shop. The staff I spoke with though were very nice. I did purchase additional equipment for my frame and once again, no support to assist in the install. But, once again very pleasant people. Email response was very quick."
