"Buyer Beware!!
Recently purchased Viking 650 bobbins and they turned out to be un-authentic. False advertisement on their website which they did not disclose. Although I made sure my model was according to the descriptions, the bobbin does not fit my spool and it does not have a hole to pull the thread through. It's marked with the letter D, not the H trademark. I called the store to inquire why did I recieve fake bobbins. The associate was not familiar with product knowledge and claimed that no one complained before as a response. Then she transferred me to Nedra, the sales manager who was very rude. Instead of a curteous greeting to a customer, she starts the conversation by saying so you got the generic ones and you want the real ones? I was so upset, if I wanted fake bobbins I would've went to eBay, instead I wasted time on a fake ad. She offered to take back the fake bobbins and mail me the authentic ones after paying difference. Instead of admitting their false advertisement. She did not acknowledge the lack of honesty instead accused me of wanting authentic bobbins for the price of the fake ones. I emailed a complaint and no one even acknowledged or responded.. What terrible customer service. "
"I am pleased with the machine I ended up with, however, I was disappointed that the original one I wanted was out of stock and would be back ordered and could take months to get it. I was up sold, which made me feel like this was a standard of operation, to claim out of stock and up sell. I did not get the extra items that came with my original choice, but a couple of items."
