"My experience was dissatisfying because I was sent a receipt for the purchase and waiting anxiously for the product. after about 8 days past and I looked at order to see if it was shipped, (It showed the machine was back ordered) So, I called them & Diane told me she checked and even though I had receipt, she didn't know what happened but I was not approved by the bank they use. The sight says they are not using this bank for the order but they need the code they send, so I put the code the bank gave in the space for it and they sent me a receipt the order was confirmed and would be shipped. I was under the influence from Sewing Machine Plus, if I had that code the order by them was approved. It is not the case. All I can say is Thanks Sewing Machine Plus for getting my HOPES UP and jerking the rug out from under my feet. It is fine, I don't want it now....when I get ready to buy one I will look else where.
