"Already removed them from my mailings. Got sale notice from company. Spoke to them directly and only after sending them the email (because they knew nothing of sale) and ordered 2 new hoops. I spoke to the company directly, not thru website. Woman KNEW I thought I was getting same hoop. Instead I got 2 knockoffs of the Babylock E74. They did credit my account for the difference on the first hoop but absolutely knew I was expecting to receive the SAME BABYLOCK Hoop and not some knockoff. The main reason I called rather than do online. Will NEVER purchase from them again. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Total bait and switch in my opinion"
