I was super nervious I might get stuck with a possible dud part because of my past experiences buying online, but sales represintative reasured me about return proticall if any issues were to arise. The item arrived to me in a generous sized box, safely packed in foam case and bubble wrap. The service was very curteous and helpfull, easy to call for info "when you forget your tracking more than once" lol. "I received my futura 250 ce. It was ordered on the 15 of july and I received it on the 22. WHich was good. However the machine was defective. The staff was helpful and sent m;e a return label. I found out that the they would be sending me a new machine. So I ordered the machine on July and hopefully will receive on august 15. Unfortunate incident where no one is to blame but frustrating"
"Excellent customer service, However. You up-sell the "sewing accessories package" and then give items that are included with the Sewing Machine. You obviously have no idea what you are selling and simply are in the "up-sell business". You added a "Seam Ripper" and an "F Pressure Foot" which were included with the machine. You should have included something like a Pressing Ham, a Thimble, even Thread Wax. Those would have been much more appreciated."
