"The last order I received is fine. My review comes because of how I was treated when trying to return an item. On the paper I was given to return with the item it stated 7 - 10 DAYS. Ashley, kept saying it's 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS. I kept telling her she needs to read the paper. She kept coming back at me. And, I didn't get the return until after the 10 BUSINESS DAYS. I don't care when you issue it, if it's not in my account in the time stated, it's not on time. I didn't like Ashley's attitude to me. And, why does it take so long? You GET your money from me right away but I'm supposed wait forever to get my money back. You have the item, give me my money. And I know you can do it because when I had to return a second item that didn't work, wow, you guys managed to get my money back to me right away. Had no waiting time.
