"I bought 2140 Rayban wayfarer, I think by mistake they sent me damaged pair, the frame had 2 dings marks on each side on the nose pad. I contacted the customer service and I returned the damage pair. I received another new pair in 2 weeks. Genuine product, decent price and good customer service , specially LIZ the customer service rep is very professional and helpful."

I've had them for about a week now and they are very sturdy. I like how I can put them on my head without them falling when I'm not using them.

"I had the worst experience and will NEVER use or recommend ShadesDaddy to anyone. My order was sent in a small envelope and then put in a priority envelope. When I received the lenses they were both broken due to the packaging. I contacted Shaddy and was told they were not broken when they left their warehouse and for me to file and insurance claim against the post office. Horrible customer service. "
