"I bought Ray-Ban Clubmasters Aluminum from them. This was the first time i order something from shadesdaddy.com. From reading these reviews i was skeptical. But i don't know if the people were trolling. The shipment was long and they shipped it on Christmas eve on "2014" a week before i pay for them. So i got a little nervous about it until the next Monday i got the package from them. When i opened it the Ray-Ban the clubmasters were legit with no defect plus they we're made in Italy and i was super happy. I shopped in Macy's sunglass hut and they always sell me displayed or scratched, dent sunglasses 3 times then i decide to return them and go somewhere else. They also do 2 year replacement if your 15 day warranty or factories warranty expires before the 1 year. So i pay extra for that plus they cut the price down on the sunglasses which is still cheaper at the malls or any sunglasses site. I recommend this site if you can wait for the shipment. I will buy from them again, and the reviews on here may look bad but they are 100% legit."

"I saw many positive and many negative ratings so, I gambled on buying Von Zipper sunglasses on Dec 1 2014. On Dec 18th, I got an email stating that they were delivered. They were not! On Dec 19th, they were not delivered. So, I wrote an email stating that I would wait until Christmas and if not delivered, I would file a complaint with Discover! what a wast of my time writing unanswered emails and talking to my credit card compamy! "GARBAGE COMPANY. Did not disclose until AFTER I had purchased an item that the "in stock" item is in fact sitting in a manufacturers warehouse in another country. I ordered these sunglasses NINETEEN (thats 19) days ago and I still do not have them. Pathetic customer service, garbage practice of not explicitly stating how long it takes to get sunglasses before you actually purchase them. Never, EVER purchasing again from this company. I'll pay the extra money at the mall."

"Do not order from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my order. After not receiving my order was advised that item was not available and on back order. While on the line with the rep I heard a child in the background, when I requested the company address, I was given an apt #. Very shady indeed. I contacted my credit card co. immediately, they researched the phone number only to find its not a company # but a personal ph #.

Placed my order understanding the already lengthy processing times of 1-7 business days. Wrote an email to them on 8/18 to check up on the order and they never emailed me back. The lady I spoke with on thursday 8/21, said they emailed me that same day saying my order was pending shipment. I checked my email, including my spam...nothing. I then asked her if the order could be expedited since it has taken longer than expected. Once she called me back she then told me the item was currently out of stock and did not leave the manufacturer yet. GTFOH with that madness.
I will never use them again. "
"This was one of the worst online experiences I have ever encountered. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and somehow they never were sent to the USPS to be shipped and then blamed the whole thing on the USPS when it was their fault. It wasn't until I had an investigation conducted at the USPS to find my package (that was supposedly already sent) that they finally took responsibility for the mistake. Then, instead of being able to overnight me a pair, they informed me that they were out of stock of the sunglasses I wanted so they just gave me a refund. This took 2 weeks of me calling everyday to get this sorted out. Unbelievable."

And i still have to wait for it to ship from shades daddy, it's been over 10 processing days since i got the email from the company telling me it'll take 7-10 business days since it's an italy company. I will definitely not be ordering from this website again, the customer represented on the phone could barely speak english. And did not really help me understand what was going on."

"I recently bought 5 rayban sunglasses for my groomsmen and I. Bought them at the best price around then purchased them. I did not realize it was 3-7 business days so I called them after I placed it and needed it asap and they overnight-ed it for free. The lady on the customer service line couldn't have been nicer and it got to me just in time for rehearsal. My fault for thinking of this additional gift for my groomsmen so late but they helped me get it to me in 3 buisness days. So my advice to everyone if u need it shipped asap give them a call.

"I placed my order and was told that processing was 3-7 business days. Ten days went by and my order was still "pending shipment". I emailed shades daddy but never received a response. I then called a couple days later and the best they could do was upgrade me to priority shipping but still had no idea as to when they would receive them. After two and a half weeks went by I called again and they still had no idea as to when they would receive the glasses. Ordering these glasses two and a half weeks before an upcoming trip you would think would be enough time but apparently not. I went ahead and cancelled my order, posting 3-7 days processing is not a proper message or way of conducting business when its really 2-3 weeks. Poor communication, very poor processing department."

"I got suckered into believing that their "free" shadesdaddy "WAYFARER" sunglasses were the real deal, afterall the company stated that the sunglasses were "WAYFARER". All I had to do was pay a $7.50 shipping charge,so I signed up. I got the "WAYFARERS" about ten days later. I was super disappointed(but not surprised) when I opened the box and inside I found the CR@**iest pair of cheap A## sunglasses I have ever seen in my entire life. I then checked their return policy. In black and white it stated that I could return these WAYFARER shades if I desired. I followed the said instructions and requested an RMA which is basically a bar code an address stamp. I got a response that stated that I could not return free sunglasses unless I paid $3.50 for postage. So like I told them. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true. So I paid $7.50 to relearn that lesson."
