"I received 3 earrings that where well worth the price. I also received another pair of stainless steel wave earrings that looked very cheap. It should had been worth 50cents. On the bottom of those earrings it says "steel made in china" Also got a pendant of a natural seashell that looks very cheap and it isn't post on the random seashell pendant. It's very small and doesn't look like there is any seashell in the pendant. "

"Fast service, customer service does actually reply, even though after 2 email exchanges my question still was not answered to my understanding,but perhaps I didn't ask my question correctly? An incorrect charge to my card was reversed almost immediately and I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for the 'charge to automatically drop off' as many companies will tell you. My only complaint is that I read they give you a gift box. I ordered 15 bracelets for $1 each. For such a great price I did not expect 15 boxes. However, they shoved all 15 bracelets in one box that had to have a rubberband put around to attempt to keep closed. This is not protection of the items inside and needless to say my only box was crushed in shipping as a result. Fortunately the items are fine. But I think they could have put everything in 2 separate boxes within the envelope so they would have fit properly."

Bought a diamond ring, though it says it is 1 ct, but it doesn't looke like. the size is also big. I have returned my ites. had to pay the return shipping cost. lost time and money.
