"I have placed two orders with Shadora. The first order was a set of earrings, they came broken and were very cheap. Less then walmart quality. My second order was two pairs of earrings,I loved one of them. I was going to order again but I haven't heard back from them about my first order. Their customer service is terrible, if you hear from them within two weeks consider yourself lucky.I have received a full refund but I will think twice ordering from them again! DO NOT buy their diamond accent rings or earrings!! They are of terrible quality. I actually regret wasting my money on them! "

"They were cheap. All around Cheap. As in yes it didn't cost that much, but the ring I received looked like it came out of a quarter machine. Not only that, but it took 3 weeks to deliver. They NEVER marked it as shipped. This is a crappy and shady business, and I will never order from them again. I'm only leaving a review so that others may beware of them. NOT good products. Do NOT look like what the picture says. They also love to delete negative comments and ignore you when you have a problem with them!!
Edit:they continue to spam my email with their ads (after telling them to stop), deleting my comments/reviews. Oh, and no. They never emailed me. Why would they do that! That would mean being good at customer service! How dare they have that!

"I made my first Shadora purchase on November 28th and even with it saying there would be a delay because of order volume I've already recieved it! My other orders are on the way too and should be here by Monday (they were placed on different days). the order that came in today was the Freshwater pearl set with necklace, bracelet, and earrings which was a steal at $9.99 and a pair of the mystery earrings. The mystery earring are I think white topaz and a good size, perfect for my teenage sister for Christmas. The pearls are beautiful and will my make my husbands aunt very happy! Can't wait to get my other orders in. I've been checking the deals everyday for more!"

"I thought the prices were good deal. Until I placed my order and noticed I had another charge on my bank account for them for about the same price as my purchase. Have not been able to get it resolved or my money back. My purchase total was 79.95 which is correct and shows the order is being shipped. I also noticed another charge from them for 70.93 which I did not place. They sent me nice boil plate email that did not even address the fact they charged me an additional amount. Anytime I call customer service number I am on hold forever then call is dropped. You can hear clicking sound like the call is picked then dropped. Would not recommend or shop there again they refuse to refund my money for purchase I did not make. "
"I placed an order with shadora on 12/03/2012. I still have no cluse about the status of my order. They provided me with a tracking number with UPS which does not work. UPS has no information of that tracking number whatsoever. I have written numerous messages to them, and they have not responded to me yet."
