I believe it is the battery but you do not expect to have to immediately replace the battery when you order a new watch. Customer service referred me to the watch manufacturer since there are no returns and it is covered under warranty if there is a mechanical problem. "I made a purchase (a watch) from shark stores.com on 9/23/2012. I received the order confirmation email and I have been waiting for the shipping information ever since. I tried contacting them thrice, twice via phone and once via email. The only response I got initially was it would take 10 business days to process the order (it was more than 12 business days by then). The customer rep on the phone mentioned that he would get in touch with the shipping department to find out what the issue was and would update me about the status. After waiting for couple of days, on receiving no response, contacted them again just to find out that they were cancelling my order and would be processing the refund. I was not intimated about anything until then. I had bought this as a gift for my uncle as he really liked it. I would never want to deal with such a store again. I would want this review to be updated online so that no one else would have to deal with such a bad experience again. "

"I ordered an watch on 9/27, and selected Saver (5-10 Business Days) shipping. I was hoping to get the watch by 10/12 assuming they will ship in a day or two like all other million online stores.

But Sharkstores is different, they need 2-10 business days to just process teh order. Then it may take another 5-10 days due to saver shipping. SO my watch can take longer arrive than an item you order from some Chinese store on eBay!

Their customer service is a joke, and the order confirmation email does not indicate that your order may be a month away. This would be my first and last order from Sharkstores.com."
