"I was upset because Sharkstore.com sent me a defective watch. I requested a full refund including the shipping out cost. They promised they will but they do not refund the full money. Why do customers have to pay shipping out if a store send them a bad product? I have to pay for the shipping out fee and shipping back fee for their defective product. Other online stores never treat customers like them. "
"I ordered a nice redline watch from sharkstores. The process was very transparent as they provided me with shipping updates and answered all my questions via email
and by phone. Because I am located in Toronto, Canada, shipping took a little longer but sharkstores did a great job of sending it via USPS so no duties was charged. Although shipping was not free, it was very reasonable compared to other online watch sellers. This was my third time buying from sharkstores and I have been equally impressed each time. Now I find myself checking their site almost daily for any good watch deals."

"Just had the worst customer service from these guys thanks to a CS rep called Andre. Called to find the order status of my Humvee Matte silver pilot edition glasses ordered on 9/15. Was informed that due to various holidays it might not ship until 10/5. I asked if they had received my change order submitted through their online portal to change the order from the 52mm to the 57mm item. Was informed that they hadn't. Asked if I could change over the phone now - was informed that they can't change an item once ordered - even if it hasn't been processed. Was informed that I would have to cancel then re-order. Asked if it would take another 20 days to process - was informed that it might. I then went to the shades page where the item wasn't to be found. CS rep Andre sent me the link directly but when I clicked on buy now nothing would appear in my shopping cart. Andre put me on a quick hold while he checked something out and then came back to tell me that everything was working fine on his end. I tried the same link in Safari, FF and IE8 - none of them worked. Told Andre that he could cancel my order and not expect me to shop there again. He didn't seem to care so we hung up.
Update: received a call from Christine in CS who saw this review plus my emails back and forth and took it on herself to escalate the issue. She is going to reach out to their supplier and see if they can lay their hands on the item I wanted to order initially. She has gone a long way towards restoring my faith in Sharkstores. I await an outcome from her and then may revise my star rating again. As it stands I'm going to bump it up to 2 1/2 because I'm happy that they responded."

"My son loves the pendant. My only issue was with shipping. I place the order on August 18 and didn't receive it until September 21. I was told it was shipping from the west coast but never receieved it. I had to call four times before this was resolved. Only one person responded back to me at which point I was ready to cancel the order and ask for a refund but since it was a gift for my son so I didn't cancel it.
The watch which arrived in a timely fashion is great. Everyone that has seen it loves it. The watch is of great quality. I liked it so much I bought on for my husband."
