Sent me a damaged item won't do anything about it.

"I bought one of the skateboards, it came with a large manufacturing error across the face of the character, very obvious manufacturing error. Unfortunately, it was not noticed until about 7 business days past their 7 day
returning window for damages due to it being a gift and being wrapped in plastic making it hard to see without opening. I reached out to the company for an exchange even offering to pay return shipping but they refuse to do anything. Even though their general return policy is thirty days but there one for damages is seven. I've been buying for them for a long time and they offered no solution and essentially told me to **** it up. It is such a blaring manufacturing error that it should have never been missed when it was shipped out. I will never purchase from them again.

Needs a lot of improvement considering prices,quality and shipping

"I ordered an Alastor shirt and playmat on 12th March. It took about 4 weeks to receive them. The international shipping costs are very high with an amount of 13€ for only ONE shirt. I was so excited for my Alastor shirt but got disappointed. The fabric is thin and rather scratchy. Also, it's kinda tight for an M sized unisex shirt. Not worth the price of 23€. The Playmat looks and feels fine.

Overall, I wouldn't buy from there anymore and neither recommend anyone to buy from them.

The worst online shop

"The worst online shop I've ever encountered.

There has been (supposedly) an issue with the delivery of my order. Nobody contacted my about it. After weeks of email back and forth (their reply rate takes days) nothing is resolved - they deny refund because I'm an international customer.

Bad customer service (no will/effort to solve a problem).

Definietly not recommending buying anything in that store.

Poor service rip off

"I ordered a bag for my daughter. I paid extra for the shipping to have it delivered early. These people just sent this back to me today. I ordered it in December. When I spoke to customer service online, they told me to take my business somewhere else. I paid $71 for $49 bag because they said it would be delivered earlier if I paid the extra shipping. It says it on the website I didn’t go to UPS or anything else like the customer service attendant said I will never order anything from this stinking company again. "

Don't order

"Would leave no stores if I could ordered my 10-year-old a Lunna glow-in-the-dark keychain and a sticker set both were advertised as in stock after waiting over two weeks. I checked my email for an update it was then I found an email saying that both items were on back order. I was told I have to wait eight weeks for processing plus up to two weeks for delivery time. I then canceled my order and was lied to about getting a refund within 1 to 3 business days depending on my bank I am still going through the process of having to put a dispute in with my bank which shark robot is completely ignoring, do not recommend conducting business with shark robot...."

Not worth the hassle

"Pay for priority shipping for them to take at least a week to ship it out. To pay that much for something that will ultimately take up to 2 weeks is ridiculous. "

Beware of Limited run items

"I ordered a shirt from them that was a Limited edition and somehow ended up with a child's small size. Now while I'm certain this is not the size I selected I'm willing to accept some partial blame as I should have checked my order details more thoroughly before confirming to catch something like that. However the reason I'm upset is because due to the limited edition status of the item they refuse to give me a refund even though it is untouched and in the box! I understand not being able to get me an exchange as the ship has sailed for that item however I should certainly be able to receive my money back for a product that I do not want and have absolutely no interest in. Buyer beware of you purchase anything from them good luck if it's not what you want they will make it nearly impossible to get your hard earned money back."

Hit-and-Miss Quality

"Shark Robot is a mixed bag. My experience with enamel pins has been great. Some are gold-rimmed, which gives the impression of Disney-quality pins. The designs are enjoyable, and the overall quality seems relatively high.
The t-shirts, not so much. You’re really paying for the designs, as the thread quality of the shirts is abysmal. They are rough and scratchy, which makes for a somewhat uncomfortable wearing experience. Several washes in lots of fabric softener does nothing. Until Shark Robot and/or Viv get better quality shirts, I do not recommend them, especially if your skin is at all sensitive.
Shipping time was satisfactory, so no issues there. Your mileage may vary.

Fantastic Customer Service, and Incredible Quality!

"I ordered an acrylic pin from the Vivziepop store on Shark Robot. It arrived on time, and in beautiful condition, with vibrant colors, clean acrylic, and impressive size for a pin. but there was one problem - it was the wrong pin! I got in contact with customer service immediately, at 4:00 PM that day, with an image of my receipt as well as the received item. An automated response informed me of their active customer support house, and by 8:00 AM the next day I had a response from a representative. Their message was kind, reading "Thank you for the great pictures! We will get the correct item shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Please keep the item that you did receive in error. Our deepest apologies for the error." I was very happy with this response! I got to keep the mistaken pin, which I did actually quite like, and in addition received the expected pin only 3 days later, shipped to my home first class, and once again, in incredible condition. I wear both pins on my beanie now. They are big, beautiful, and bring me joy!"

Great!

"Purchased a Stolas and a Blitz pin and a shirt with Stolas and Octavia from the website, and all 3 items are great quality! The pins came with rubber backings (which I'm not thrilled about) but it's alright since I'm just sticking them on a cork board. The decal on the shirt is vibrant and really pretty. We'll see how it holds up in the wash!"

Loona Gold Pin with HUGE Enamel Dent

"First time buying and the PIn had a huge dent on the top center where a chunk of enamel is missing. There's no bits in the bag the pin is being held in so the damage was evident before packaging. The dent/chunk is a little over 1/2 centimeter long.

As far as pin quality, I'd give it a 6/10. The pins look poorly painted in gold with a thick lob of paint on the edges and the "metal" itself has tiny dents within the middle lines. The eneamel is OK(other than the sent) but the large white space has what looks to be stained with "tire tracks" and makes the pin look very unclean. From an arms length, it's mostly okay.

Is there any quality assurance in this buisness? It's a very obvious defective product.

Thinking they may be just buying from China and mailing it to the customer without every checking.

Pretty disappointing especially since we all just want to be supporting fans, but maybe the Helluva Boss francise should move where they sell their goods.

Got My Shirts in Fine Order

"I ordered the shirts on August 6th and August 14th. They started printing them on August 18th. I got the shirts in five weeks and they came in good condition. I ordered them on USPS Priority Mail on their website. I ordered within the states, where their HQ in Utah is in. They got the order in within the 8+ weeks with priority mail.

Customer service wasn't great, but the shirts were. When I messaged them they used a robot on both of my emails. So customer service wasn't great.

The detail on the shirts is great. I ordered a Poolside Octavia and Beachstyle Loona and they were really fine.
The Loona hoodie is soft and warm on the inside. No tears.
The t-shirt of octavia is great too- the print fine and great. No tears.
