"Purchased a Stolas and a Blitz pin and a shirt with Stolas and Octavia from the website, and all 3 items are great quality! The pins came with rubber backings (which I'm not thrilled about) but it's alright since I'm just sticking them on a cork board. The decal on the shirt is vibrant and really pretty. We'll see how it holds up in the wash!"
"First time buying and the PIn had a huge dent on the top center where a chunk of enamel is missing. There's no bits in the bag the pin is being held in so the damage was evident before packaging. The dent/chunk is a little over 1/2 centimeter long.
As far as pin quality, I'd give it a 6/10. The pins look poorly painted in gold with a thick lob of paint on the edges and the "metal" itself has tiny dents within the middle lines. The eneamel is OK(other than the sent) but the large white space has what looks to be stained with "tire tracks" and makes the pin look very unclean. From an arms length, it's mostly okay.
Is there any quality assurance in this buisness? It's a very obvious defective product.
Thinking they may be just buying from China and mailing it to the customer without every checking.
Pretty disappointing especially since we all just want to be supporting fans, but maybe the Helluva Boss francise should move where they sell their goods.

"I ordered the shirts on August 6th and August 14th. They started printing them on August 18th. I got the shirts in five weeks and they came in good condition. I ordered them on USPS Priority Mail on their website. I ordered within the states, where their HQ in Utah is in. They got the order in within the 8+ weeks with priority mail.
Customer service wasn't great, but the shirts were. When I messaged them they used a robot on both of my emails. So customer service wasn't great.
The detail on the shirts is great. I ordered a Poolside Octavia and Beachstyle Loona and they were really fine.
The Loona hoodie is soft and warm on the inside. No tears.
The t-shirt of octavia is great too- the print fine and great. No tears."
"Took only a few weeks for the pin to arrive; when it finally did there was a huge dent in the enamel that goes right to the metal back resulting in an ugly black mark across the length of the pin.
I have another order coming in however; if it goes better I'll change this review because all things considered shipping time wasn't all that bad given the pandemic."
"The site says 8+ weeks I got it in 3 with the shipping above the cheapest and one below the highest. It said shipping yesterday and the tracking didnt show anything untill the 15th. It worked well for me, not sure if some of these people are far or are ordering at very busy times. For me it seemed faster than expected and had no issues, will raise review if the shirt is ok in a month and if I remember. The shirt is good quality and the print looks crisp lets hope it stays that way :)"

But I'm not sure they are even going to send them they asked me "please be patient due to influx in sales shipping times maybe longer and may take up to 4 weeks" what is this website run by a single person? Not only that, it seems that according to one of their policies (Something about some taxes that I refused to pay or some bullsh*t like that (That I didn't know of)) I won't get any refund.
I tried contacting customer support, but they were unhelpful and didn't offer any real solution. I tried to keep on asking questions for them to offer me any real solution but no.
So in summary, no shirt, my money got stolen and customer support is unhelpful."

"I bought a helluva boss zip-up hoodie from there Valentine's Day sale, an it just arrived today. It came ahead of time, and the quality is outstanding. The hoodie is very soft on the inside and even in the pockets. I love it. Might just become one of my favorite hoodies. Only thing which could be improved on is the colour. The colour is a bit less vibrant than it was in the photo, and it ended up more pastel, but I still think it looks fantastic and I love it just the same if not more. I want to say that I didn't get any info about my shipment, the last update from the tracing code was in Dec 3, 2019 and it was only "ARRIVAL IN COUNTRY" and nothing else.
Over all I feel robbed and would love a refund but looks like I wont be getting one because I didn't inform them about the shipment's distraction that I wasn't told about, the customer service wasn't helpful ether and all they told me was "the 60 days has passed and so we wont take responsibility for this"."
