TAKE NOTE: They want everything returned by a certain time but Customer Service takes over 24 hours to respond to your "ticket"

Crediting my credit card.....It takes more half a month to have my money credited back to my account...

That is completely unheard of.

I had a very unpleasant shopping experience here, and that I will not be a returning customer.

I will also not be recommending SheIN to anyone as all your policies and work method is very unprofessional.

Nothing was completed in a timely matter and as a company SheIN expects the customer to do all the extra work.
