My first purchase was last year, however, it wasn't that great because of the delay delivery and wrong amount of refund. But I really like their variety of stylish design, so I gave it a try again. Now i am pleased with my purchase and I think they do improve a lot.
I received my product very fast about a week and quality of cloth is beyond the price I paid.

"I ordered a two items off sheinside on April 1st, 2015. The shipping was fine as far as a remember, although the clothes did have that gross factory smell to them. When I opened the clothes and tried them on they completely did not match the size guide posted on the website! I contacted sheinside with a "ticket" and told them the problem, what happened next was two months of back and forth. I asked them to send me a shipping label so I could send the faulty items back (every other company I have online shopped with allows this when they've made a mistake, but not sheinside!) They don't read over past "ticket" messages which means they ask you the same questions over and over and over, for TWO MONTHS! Finally I got so frustrated I said I'd pay the return shipping as long as I didn't have to answer the same questions again. I sent the items back, using my own money to fix this company's mistake, and ANOTHER two months later no refund! I contacted the company a week ago, and was told my paypal would be credited within 48 hours. Have I been refunded yet? No. There is no doubt in my mind that they would not have refunded me if I hadn't contacted them again. The customer service representitives I spoke with were completely incompetent and did not understand my problem at all, and currently at a total of four months I have not received a refund. Absolutely horrible service from this company. "

"I would highly recommend not buying from this website. The clothes did not look anything like what they were supposed to. For example, I ordered a dress and I ended up getting a romper in the mail instead. The clothes also took over two weeks before they shipped, while the website said that they would be ready to be shipped within the next 24 hours. And that big orders take at most 10 days to prepare, while mine took over 14 days. Regardless of the clothes, their customer service is impossible to deal with. After returning many items over a month ago, I have still not received my money back. I feel as if I have been stolen from. Just a warning: Do NOT buy from this website- you will regret it as I now do. "

"Recently, I ordered a pants but I received a pants that looks nothing like the pictures. Not even the color was correct. On top of that, it can't even fit me. When I complained to customer service, they said they did not have any more of the item so they gave me a coupon code instead of my money. So I used the coupon code to order a sweater. When the package came, I received the wrong item again!!! I contacted with customer service everyday for a about aweek and they refused to return my money. They keep offering me coupon codes.

However, after I wrote this review on ResellerRatings, they said they would refund my money after I change my review to a good review. I thought this was unfair and a bit shady. So I told them I would only update my review after they made the refund because I did not want to write a false review. Well, they agreed and I have received the refund. So I am updating to show that they have finally dealt with the situation although the manner in which it was done was in some what of a poor taste.

"Placed my order on 27 May for items I was intending to take on holiday - a holiday that I returned from a week ago. I still haven't received my order! I was told by Sheinside to contact the courier as there was a problem with delivering the order but the courier (Yodel) has advised that the package seems to be "lost in transit" and I should contact Sheinside - the only response from Sheinside has been that i should contact the courier. No one will take responsibility and find the items. I have asked for a refund but Sheinside has ignored my request and I am out of pocket for £96. I would recommend that you think twice before ordering from them... there is no after-sales service and you may find yourself paying for clothes that you don't receive. Despite the response from Sheinside saying that they are following up on the order I still haven't heard anything from them or the courier and still haven't received delivery of my order or been refunded. They reply to reviews like these saying that they care about their customers and will follow up but then they don't - so frustrated and just don't know what to do. I feel like i have lost my money.
