"I have no issues with the staff. My concerns involve the marking of the individual bags that contained the fasteners which did not match what the instruction manual advised us to use. I had to compare the size of the fastener to the picture and that slowed us way down.

"Shed appears to be of quality materials. As noted by others, the directions leave much to be desired. I am handy with tools, even so the lack of clarity with the illustrations was an obstacle. One would think that for the price of a new shed the manufacturer would provide a more competent manual. As for ShedsForLessDirect, they had the best price. Delivery was easy to set up. The trucking service even dropped the boxes off near the concrete base I put the shed on which was a great help. After putting up the shed I went ahead and ordered the matching shutters. Looking forward to moving items out of my cluttered garage into my new shed."

"A great company to deal with. I purchased a Lifetime Model 6446 15x8. Real nice shed at an excellent price. Shipping was fast and the freight company was very friendly. There are a couple of improvements that can be made to make this a superior product: the floor was packed in three different boxes causing all the boxes to be unpacked and laid out before assembling the shed and not all the hardware bags were marked correctly.

When you finish assembling the shed, I recommend that you take some caulking and apply a bead around the area where the walls meet the floor to prevent water coming in.

All in all a good product that is pretty easy to assemble.
