I understand that the shipping was contracted by Lifetime who manufactured the shed and not Sheds For Less Direct. As for Sheds for less direct I give them a five star rating for their sales and customer service"

The parts we received, package numbers did not match the instructions. It took 2 days to assemble.
Shedsforlessdirect was great they contacted Lifetime so they could correct the problem and were very supportive."
