We were approaching a holiday weekend, and I was sure I would not hear anything back until the following week, but I received a very kind response the very next day-on July 4th, a holiday no less - explaining that the order had shipped and would be delivered on the following Friday. It's Thursday and the package has arrived one day early, in pristine condition. Can't wait to put it together and let the kids play on it. Overall satisfied customer!"
