This has been forwarded to my attention and I wanted to get in touch with you to hopefully try and clear this up. Due to the holidays and severe weather we've had multiple delays and miscommunications from our suppliers over the past week. The gentleman you spoke with is Dale our customer service manager. He was trying to explain that our system is not updated with tracking because of the delays we are facing. To cancel the order out we have to first confirm that it has not shipped already. For all we know it might be delivered already so we wouldn't be able to do any refunds until after a confirmation with our supplier was completed. I'm sorry for the confusion on that. We've sent a cancellation request to Arrow who supplies the shed you ordered. This ticket has not been updated but should be early tomorrow morning. From what I can see it was not shipped but we won't know for sure until we get the confirmation from Arrow. We'll contact you right away in the morning to get this squared away.
