"I received my order and one side of the shoe was dirty/worn. When you put them together, one looks dirty and the other looks new, mind you it's white canvas shoes. Ok. That's not the worst part. Here goes. I tried to use the "contact us" form to let them know, and I couldn't submit because it kept telling me that my email was invalid. I even use an alternative email but still the same problem. Another thing is. I ordered a jelly shoe but it wasn't as good as it looked. Lastly, if u gonna buy converse shoes, order a half size up because they advertised it runs half size larger but it was exact fit and no wiggle room not even for socks. Overall, they have some unique shoes but I'm not completely done with them yet. I may try again. "

"I waited 10 days after placing an order for two pairs of shoes that were 40% off, but they had not arrived yet. When I contacted the company, they told me the shoes would arrive later because they had to be sent from a store back to the warehouse before they could be shipped to me.
I think they should have sent me an email as soon as they knew this so I would know why it would take 18 days to receive my order. Instead, I had to ask them."
