"I have been a customer at shiekh shoes for over 3yrs and it has been one of the worst shopping site ever. Most times when I make an order I always embrace myself for some disappointment. Most times when I make the order online it takes them 3 or 4 days to send be an email either telling me the shoes I order is no longer available, or not up to company's standard. Then another 2 to 3 days after my response to ship. The customer service is very poor. At one point I spoke to a rep and she was not customer friendly, very harsh and unprofessional. When you call for assistance they keep transferring the call all over the bld without any assistance. This is the worst online site I ever shop since Ive been shopping online for years."
