"Jennifer was great. Extremely helpful throughout the process. My vehicle was delivered in a timely manner. My only problem was the communication by the driver. They were pushy to meet elsewhere other than the agreed pick-up location. Upon arrival I had dropped a pin for the location to be even more specific and they still couldn't find the exact spot. Overall very good experience with Jennifer and Ship a Car Direct."

"This is the third time we've used Ship A Car Direct, and they continue to have the same spirit of excellence we've known them for. We ended-up trying to ship our car from the SF Bay Area, CA, to Austin, TX, in the midst of unexpected heightened demand resulting in fewer trucks/drivers and higher fees. Unfortunately, we didn't make our expected 3-4 day pick-up window but Ship A Car Direct kept us informed along the way. In the end, it took another 5 days to get a commitment for pick-up and when the driver demanded an additional fee, Ship A Car Direct reduced their brokerage fee to $0 (!) so we wouldn't have to pay more than their original estimate to us. Our car got to us much later than expected, but at least it got to us, and we didn't have to worry about negotiating directly with a shipping company or trying to find one that would take our car!"
