"I purchased Victorinox Swiss Army Men's Summit XLT Watch from Shnoop.com and did not have a good experience at all.
Seven days after order was placed and credit card had been charged, two emails requesting update (no phone number to call) with no reply, Shnoop.com still said that order pending. So I opened a dispute at Paypal. Right after this I received replies for the two emails and notice of shipping which take another week for item to arrive.
Item was advertised as men watch with 39mm case diameter but it's actually a women watch with case diameter of 33mm.
The watch costed me $69 so I am going to keep it for my wife instead of spending money try to send back or exchange it because I do not want to go through the hassle dealing with Shnoop again.
Wish that I checked reviews for Shnoop before placing the order. Be careful if you want to purchase something from Shnoop!"

It says the shipping info was received on 12/14, but the package was not actually given to the Post Office until 12/22. I think they should renamve their sit to Shloow."

While the item price was good, it doesn't seem to be worth the hassle. I'd rather pay a little more and know that my item is shipped promptly...after all, I had to pay immediately didn't I?

"BUYER BEWARE! I placed my first order with them 10/12/11. They send a USPS shipping notification on 10/16/11, but it's the notice that they've alerted USPS that they have a shipment. The status stayed that way until 10/25. Their policy is to ship within 7-5 business day. They didn't meet that time frame. It only shipped when it did because I sent them an email threatening a claim with AMEX. Will never buy from again regardless of the "deal" anymore. They make 1saleaday and woot seem like fast shippers."

The backpack is as described in broad terms but looks cheap and is cheaply made. Not at all the quality of Targus or Swiss Army or others that are priced similarly and readily available at similar prices
It is rather more a gimmicky print backpack that a teenager may use and dispose of. Hard to see the advertised value"
