"Buyer beware: I believe this site is affiliated with BlingDaily.com and both sell junk with a no-returns policy. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this association before ordering a $25 Casio Waveceptor watch from Shnoop. Like the Waveceptor I ordered from BlingDaily, this one arrived with no packaging or instructions and doesn't work properly. To make matters worse the watch from Shnoop is used, although they didn't state so in their ad.

Since trying to get my money back is too much hassle, I'll probably toss the watch and make sure others don't get burned by these crappy dealers of bad watches."

PLUS, their free shipping offers are even honored for shipping to Alaska, which VERY few companies will do. And, the item was PERFECT! I absolutely LOVE Shnoop.com!"

Dispute thru Paypal on September, then I finally got reply from shnoop.com customer service promised to refund me or re-ship it. Then 2 more weeks later, no refund and no package, I emailed them numerous times, they are trying to ignor me now. Totally the worst online store. This is my first order and my last order and the lost of $17.95.

"This website is bordering on scam. I like most people first saw a deal posted on a major deal forum and placed an order for a digital frame with free shipping. When arrived the product has minimal padding and there is a 4" size hole on the box. Inside the electronics is broken and the frame shattered - some parts apparently lost through that hole even. The site sent me a RMA number but didn't provide a return shipping label. They dropped dead on any further email inquiries directly or via Paypal. They don't have any phone number. In the end I spent nearly $20 to ship it back in order to satisfy my credit card's dispute requirement. It has been 2.5 months and there is still no word from them on my refund. Reading the reviews here they are probably busy talking to all the credit card disputes from customers demanding refund.

I received 28 of the most hideous napkin rings I have ever seen. The value was to be at least $140.00 I couldn't even sell them at a yard sale for $1.00 I blame myself for trusting them and will never deal with them again. It cost me $25 to learn a huge lesson. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my email. I realize nothing can be done about this, but I appreciate you allowing me to vent and I hope others read this and rethink ordering from them before a thorough research of the item.

"Ordered the Mother's day grab bag with gifts for the homemaker for $25 valued at between $140-$400.

I have never been so burned in my life. 3 crappy sequined pillows (one heart shaped with white sequins, and 2 others of rust colored pillows with black leopard print sequins), and 2 different sets of napkin holders (one green beaded and the other orange with half inch orange sequins.).

If I gave this to my wife OR mother for mother's day I would end up divorced or disowned. I cannot imagine anyone wanting this CRAP. Not even worth $25. I would never even think of buying it. This is the stuff you see at furniture stores and wonder who on earth would buy it. Evidently Shnoop did.
