After reviewing Shock Warehouses BS reply ,I can assure you that Shock Warehouse sent a return label for my shocks knowing that they had attempted to be installed. In fact The rep I spoke with admitted to sending the wrong shocks for my vehicle. The worst part is every time I tried to resolve the matter I was placed on hold for over 30 min and then disconnected. Emails were not returned etc. The bottom line is they kept the shocks that were sent back and to date have not returned my money or shocks as requested.. As of writing this I have purchased shocks elsewhere and my bank is disputing the charges. "
