"This is by far one of, if not the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I ordered front and rear shocks for my 2003 Expedition back on Nov 24, 2014. They received their money ($393.00) through my Paypal account immediately but that was the last I heard from them. No product received, no email advising they were shipped or back ordered. Starting Dec 8 I left several phone messages over the next three days asking for a return call but received no return call and never spoke to a live person. Their voice message when you call states they will return a call within 24 hours. I left three different email messages but never received a response. Thanks goodness for Paypal. Within five hours they concluded their investigation and refunded me my total amount. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
My response to their response of my rating: I can honestly say I do not check my spam folder for emails. On that same note, I can honestly say I DID NOT receive any return calls on all of the phone messages I left during what I consider to be normal business hours of M-F 8-5. As for payment, the money WAS taken out of my credit card account and had to be refunded. Somebody got my money......hmmm. Funny how I got a response from the company after I left a negative rating rather than a response from a voice mail left inquiring about my order.

"Too bad there's not half star, because they deserve it. After more than three weeks they never sent me shocks. Only after I opened dispute they answered that it was backorder. Don't even try to call or contact them. You'll never get through"

"Legitimate business and I received my shocks, but one was missing the installation hardware. Called and emailed these guys over a week and got no response whatsoever. Throw the dice and order from them, but god forbid you need customer service to address any issues.

Spend a few extra dollars to order from someone who provides outstanding customer service.

"I ordered 4 shocks for Chevy Colorado, based on the guidelines in the company website. The front shocks did not work. They did not have the ring on them to retain the coil spring. I have contacted them three times to try to return them. They have not responded to phone messages, or multiple email requests. Their customer service is as bad as it can possible be. Do not order from these people. Business people who conduct themselves in this fashion should go out of busniess."

"Stay away from this site. They have over a dozen complaints at the BBB within the past 12mo!! I used an on line coupon for the sale. After 2 wks I called to see where they were and was told that they had been backordered and just came in that AM. I asked if they would overnight them to my mechanic as a courtesy and the guy literally said "beggars can't be chosers" and told me he had cancelled the order and then hung up on me.
I had to order them elsewhere.

"I was shopping around for the best price and had a few question about the kyb struts, so i gave them a call. First call went pretty well they new their product. Looked around the web and found them 10 a shock cheaper at rock auto a company i have a positive history with, but shock warehouse spent the time with me so i called back to give them a chance to match. The second person i talked to was fine a first, said they won't match because they where a kyb distributor and R.A. was not. So i asked, what does that do for me? He explained if i should have a problem they take care of it. In my mind that was worth it, but before i could say lets do it. He said "for 20 dollars i should go order from R.A. ....F***ingA**hole and hung up. i called back twice to see if there had been a misunderstanding they hung up without a word. Then i left a message hoping someone would get back to me. Nothing. So i see some people are happy when S.W. did there most basic job sell shocks the question you have to ask is? how will they respond when you have a problem ?"

"I placed an order with Shock Warehouse on September 3, 2013. It is now September 16, 2013. My order was processed and it appeared it was "Shipped" on their web-site. I contacted the customer service number and was told there was an issue with the Bilstein Factory and they would not be getting my shocks until September 24th 2013. Once they received them, they would sent to me. No note or communication was ever sent. I assumed my order was processed and shipped. It will be a month before I get my shocks. This is unacceptable to me to have to wait this long without any communication from Shock Warehouse. In addition, their web site shows an area here you can track your order. This is NOT a tracking number. If you read the FAQ area you will find that there really is not a way to track your parts in the conventional way. I will NEVER purchase from them again!! "

"I recently placed my second order with these guys and they were great. I called them because I wanted to have my project done by the next weekend and they told me the parts I initially wanted were not in stock and gave me advice on which in stock parts would be best. I placed the order and had my parts in 2 days, with free shipping. I've never gotten such good service at another parts store."

"These guys were great, I don't know if I would have given them a chance if I had read the reviews here first, but I'm glad I did! I had an order in for edelbrock shocks at another manufacturer and after waiting weeks I found out they were not available. I found the shocks on shockwarehouse but called to see if they were in stock. The person I spoke to explained that edelbrock doesn't even make shocks anymore, but found me Bilstein shocks that would fit. The only problem was I gave him the wrong info for my truck! I got the shocks and they didn't fit, apparently I have a special suspension and didn't even know. Shockwarehouse took the shocks I ordered wrong back and sent out the right one, no problems no extra costs nothing. They even shipped both sets free to me, even though it was my mistake.
