"These guys have the worst customer service ever. I placed an order on Monday and paid for 3 day shipping. They emailed me on Tuesday night and told me they were out of stock. I immediately responded to the email as it was after hours to resolve the issue with no response, ever. I called Multiple times and finallygot a live person the next day. They offered to change brands and drop ship from the manufacturer and I would recieve them by Friday which was my target goal. No show on Friday so I call again and explain that I purchased 3 day shipping and I am not receiving that. The guy gets angry, yells at me and says they upgraded my shipping to 2 days and it isn't his fault. I expain that it doesn't matter if they wait 4 days to ship it how it is shipped, it is late. He hangs up on me. I call back MULTIPLE times and finally get another person. He puts me on hold and then hangs up on me. I call back several times and immediately receive a click or get voicemail. Finally someone answers and immediately screams "We are refunding your shipping charges". I explain how rude, unprofessional and atrocious there customer service is and he continues to yell about how it is out of their control and I am only receiving them 1 day late. I mean really? I tell him that I really don't care at this point that I am ready to cancel my order. He then tells me that he will cancel my f***ing order just fine and addresses me as Buddy and the tells me to F*** off and hangs up on me again. Unbelievable! How do these guys stay in business?"
"I was hesitant to order from Shockwarehouse after seeing the reviews here, but I called them because they had the lowest price I could find on KYB shocks for my wife's Camry. The rep I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable, and after he explained that the Excel G and GR2 were the same shocks just different paint, I ordered. OH and they gave me a discount for being retired military, nice to see someone still cares about our armed services. I got the shocks 4 days later, faster than my local autozone could have had them. My wife is very happy with the ride and when I decide to lift my truck I'll definitely call Shockwarehouse."
"These guys Suck! First it took over a week for the order to be filled, and they sent the wrong shocks.I called during business hours, no answer, left a message, no return call. A week later called again told them they sent the wrong shocks, they want me to pay the postage for their screw up. Called NAPA had the correct shocks the next day."
"Not happy with the service at all. Called a week after order to get tracking number and was told that the items were on back order from Bilstein and that I can call back in a few days to see if items arrived. when i called back again about 12 days after the order was placed the guy on the phone told me that the items just arrived that day and that they would ship them out that afternoon and email a tracking number. about an hour later another guy calls and leaves me a message saying how the items were being directly shipped to me from Bilstein and that they would arrive on july 9th 2012. I called back oth the 10th and was finally given a tracking number. The item was shipped on the 9th and will arrive on the 16th. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Price was good but I could have gone with a local company for $20 more and not have to wait a month to get the shocks. Will not be doing business with them again."
"Ordered a full set (4) bilstein shocks on 4/13/2009.
My credit card was immediately charged. 10 Days later no shocks I called and was told the mfg was backlogged due to a promotional sale. A week later I checked again, the tracking number on my order showed the shipment had been delivered....to NJ...I live in CA! Called shockwarehouse and the person answering the phone did not know what to do, had to talk to his supervisor who was not in that day. Long story many calls to company, I eventually got all 4 shocks albeit over 30 days later. They did have the best price, but not a good experience for me."
