"They have very poor customer service they don't know how to talk to people they're very very rude they cuss out their customers do not buy anything from shock Warehouse go to any other business but them they might be cheap but you get what you pay for"

bad customer service

"I have ordered shocks from SWH before and no problems when they fit, but the first time the shocks would not fit, what **** heads in customer service, first no response on the return form, weeks later I was finally able to get someone on live chat, 30 minutes later and the guy's telling me I do not know how to install two bolts and a shock. Then he just would not respond. Their website says that the shocks fit, was directed to the Gaberial site and it said they should fit but they do not. And no response after that from SWH. Do not buy from them, I know I will not any more. Some Ebay sight sent the right ones in like two days! Oh yea, almost forgot they lost my original
order but they did charge my account for the shocks right away.

Horrible experience and I'm still in the nightmare!!

"First thing I did wrong, didn't check the reviews before I made an order. Ordered a set of shocks 4 my BMW Z4. After I didn't receive order after 3 days I decided to call, they don't even put you on hold to talk to a representative, they tell you to get on there chat line. When you do, expect to be on hold for a long time or until you hang up. Then I went to the return policies page. Says if you need to have a part within 2 or 3 days to call them to make sure they have the part in stock. If you do call to check on the availability. your back at square one, they have nobody to talk to, so you're back to waiting for ever to talk to someone!! So now I'm trapped, if I ever got an okay to cancel, I'm going to pay shipping or cancellation charge and if you don't have a really great reason to return, they're going to charge me a 30% restocking fee on top of shipping charges. DON'T FALL INTO THIS NIGHTMARE, I'M STILL WAITING UNTIL THEY GET MY PARTS FROM CHINA OR JAPAN OR WHEREVER THEY GET THEM AND IN THE MEANTIME I'M FUMING WAITING FOR MY PARTS THAT I NEED TO USE MY CAR!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Now they won't let me change my date of purchase, locked to today's date, which is wrong..."

Worst Customer Service Ever (NOT HYPERBOLE)

" This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. No way these people have bee in business since 88 with customer service like this. Why do they even have a website or phone number. This is beyond pointless. File your complaints with the BBB. These practices cannot continue. These people take your money an leave you hanging in the wind. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will not be satisfied. You will be here writing a complaint like the reset of us. Shut these crooks down. I ordered shocks a month ago and have yet to be sent any order information, No receipt, order status and definitely no tracking. They don't answer the phone. I tried chatting but Fran stopped responding after I gave my order number and now the chat is offline. Don't bother messaging either. I messaged about a part and 2 days later after no response I went to purchase and the price had gone up $10. DO NOT SHOP HERE. "
