"Took a full week just to process my payment! It says packages will be shipped in 2-3 days but it's been eight days and no tracking info yet! I've sent three emails and not one has been responded to! Maybe I'll get some day or actually be able to find out where they are at"

Emails are ignored, there phone line directs you to the live chat, the live chat directs you to the email and the merry go round just keeps on going around and around..Please google this company and read the many complaints about this company before you order, check out the BBB. better yet call Shock warehouse and see for yourself..Try the LIVE CHAT after 10 minutes it disconnects..Don't waste your time...The place is a nightmare..This is not a warehouse that stocks shocks it has none..Buyer beware take your business somewhere else and get professional service"
"I ordered Bilstein shocks for our MH on Labor Day. I got an email the next day saying they had been shipped but on Friday, I realized I had no tracking #. I started trying to call SW and got the recording, then tried the chat with no response. We had to leave the state the following week and after I read the reviews, I panicked. I tried calling SW 1 more time. Someone answered immediately! He was very nice and told me that my shocks would be delivered that day. I was still skeptical after reading the reviews but late in the evening, my daughter called and said the shocks were there. I didn’t pay for expedited shipping, ordered on Labor Day and received on Friday. I thought that was pretty good. Maybe they are trying to improve or the people who have no problems just don’t write reviews. I would order from them again. Hope the service is as good next time except they really need to get humans to answer the phone. The recording made me panic. Also, my email said shipped on Tuesday but I was unable to track through their website."
"My husband called to ask about an offer for a shock. The man replied " Let me check to see the price... good luck with that buddy, what a fu***ng joke are you kidding me? Fu**ing clown" as he hung up on him. Instead of being polite and saying we cant do that price but we can sell it to you at such and such price.

"Needed some struts to complete a project over the weekend. Saw they carried the p/n I needed and added them and some other items to my cart. Figured I'd better email to confirm they were in stock. "Johnny" replied that all items were in stock, so I placed my order. Chose Next Day Air so I'd have them in time for the weekend.
"Max" called me shortly after I placed my order to say that one of the smaller items was not in stock. No big deal. Thanked him for letting me know and told him to ship the rest of the order. I'd take care of finding the other part.
Fast forward to today and no parts showed up. Status shows "Processed". Tried calling and got a message that says to use the Live Chat. Tried that. After about 15 minutes of waiting for an operator, it said I was now chatting with Frank. Typed and sent my note and waited for a reply. That was 15 minutes ago. Have no idea if there is anyone there.
Really poor experience up to this point with no hope in sight.
PS- Still no "Frank" (or anyone else) replying to my Live Chat. Amazing."
"I bought from them 2.5 months ago still haven't got my shock. i try calling no one works. i try emailing no respond. live chat is never online its offline. if you get them online they take 10min to respond back 1 time. i had the time to wait. but not no 2 months. i finally get a hold on the phone with him. i ask where is my part. they said they email me its on back order. I didn't get no email. just dont buy here its a headache."
"I ordered shocks on the 13th of the month. On the 18th I still had no tracking number. I called them and was told they would ship them tomorrow. I asked why they didn't ship them yet, and the guy said, "keep your $50.00, I'm cancelling your order" He then hung up on me. Don't waste your time, just order from someone else. The place is a bad joke."
"The part I received was not even close to being the correct one for my vehicle. I filled out the return form and received an authorization return number. Since returning the item over 3 weeks ago I have not been able to contact them. The phone is answered by a recorded message saying all operators are busy and then goes dead. I've tried their chat and it says please wait for an operator. After 15 minutes the screen clears. I have tried calling and chat numerous times. I am now working with Pay Pal to try and resolve this."

They had great customer service and helped me, in checking to ensure that I ordered the correct parts for my truck. The parts were delivered within a reasonable time, especially since I live in Ontario, Canada. The price even with the exchange rate from US to CAN dollars saved me huge! I don't understand why all the bad reviews. I believe that they are fake and done by competitors. Shockwarehouse.com will get my business from now on. I am only putting a review in because I made the purchase prior to reading the reviews and was scared after reading all the crap. Not the case in the end. Thanks again to all the staff for your help.

"I needed some new shocks for my worn out Grand Cherokee and shopping online these guys had Bilstein 4600s for a good price. After I ordered I saw some of the bad reviews online and got nervous, however the parts came one day earlier than expected and they're brand new and work awesomely as expected. My only nitpick gripe is I never got a tracking # for the stuff. "
