"STAY AWAY!!!!! I ordered shocks from this company and waited for 2 weeks with no update as to the fact my shocks were backordered Bilstein part 25-177411. When I called to inquire I was upsold by the "owner" who assured me the other shocks would fit properly. I agreed to pay the difference and it was processed. I researched and found out that the shocks I was upsold too did not fit my vehicle, I called and checked with one of the sales people and asked him to confirm but he could not confirm fitment. I contacted the manufacturer of the upsold product and they told me they do not even have my vehicle in their system. I asked for the order to be cancelled, and was told very rudely "it is cancelled bye" and was hung up on. 2 weeks later a package shows up at my door no signature required and it was the shocks I cancelled. Just to confirm o opened the box and for a 100% fact these shocks will NOT fit my vehicle. I contacted customer service after about 10 phone calls because it always goes to voice mail and an un answered email (yes they have the correct email because they emailed the order to me), I finally speak to a customer service/sales rep who said he would email me a return label, I waited over 24 hours before I wrote this because I have not been emailed anything. My advice spend a few more bucks with a reputable company who will protect the buyer from crooks like this seller. I am now stuck with 2 shocks that cost me $404.91 that will not fit my vehicle. I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe with 6" lift they sent me Fox Shocks part number 980-24-960 no questions will not mount."

"The instructions left a lot to be desired for the compressor. I checked other sites and some said the compressor was incompatible with my car. It activated the air ride for roughly a day now I don't hear it anymore. It could be installer error but given the lacking instructions included it's hard to say. Price howevr was cheaper than even Amazon could offer so I do give them credit for that."
"After complications w/ trying to make an order I gave up and purchased shocks from another online retailer. I had ordered, received, and installed the shocks from the 2nd retailer in a matter of 2-3 days when I came home (to my surprise) to a package from Shock Warehouse. I had never received a confirmation email or otherwise from Shock Warehouse stating I had bought the shocks I tried to order. When I called them for a refund the Rep told me there will be a 20% restocking fee. A charge close to $30. The total amount difference between the two retailers was only around a $3 difference per shock. Definitely a price making it well worth using the other retailer. "
