What am i missing
So you think it is perfectly acceptabe to offer discounts that you know may not be credited when an order is made because of a computer glitch on your end.
I explained the problem you and you did not even offer to give me the price that was advertised when i was making out my order.

That is not only poor customer service. That borders on shady and if i do not get a proper response from you within 24 hours. i will be forwarding this whole exchange to the attorney general's office to see if they agree.

"I ordered two watches from them and after over a month it never came. When I contacted them about it they said that if it wasn't shipped by now it was lost in the mail. They said they could do one of two things, reship it and I would have to wait an extra 2 to 3 weeks or they could refund it. Of course I opted for the refund. "
