"I ordered a black ink cartridge for my Epson Artison 810 printer and when I installed it in my printer, my printer would not recognize the cartridge. When I inspected the cartridge I could see that the electrical contacts were somewhat different than the original cartridge.

I sent a message to Customer Service and received an automated response that I would be contacted within 2 business days. I waited for 2 weeks and sent another message. I then received a response from 'Claudia', that was July 25th that said she would be "happy to assist" me. And now it is about 4 weeks and still no contact from 'Claudia'.
