"Although my orders have shipped promptly in the past, this one took a call to customer service after it had not shipped after 6 working days. Customer service was very nice and made sure my order was packaged and to the carrier the next day. Total 15 calendar days from order to delivery. I am taking 1 star off the rating for having to make a call, but adding it back for the great shipping packing. Read those shipping reports, guys, and solve the problem before the customer has to call. And keep up the good shipment packing - it really does make a difference in customer satisfaction. I love browsing all the gadgets and I'll order again."
