"My original order consisted of 100 single standard cd cases and 50 double standard cd cases. what I received was 150 single standard cd cases. If I had known that was what I would received, I would not have bothered to spend the extra money for 50 more cases. Well, what is done is done. I'm not going to invest the time dealing with the hassle to try and get it straightened out. I'll just settle for what I got. However, in addition to the screw-up, three of the cases were slightly busted. I think I'll shop elsewhere next time."

"I love being able to get inkjet refills for my old printer, at this site and cheap, with free shipping. Great refills which work great and have lasted me a year each. BUT...this order took longer to get to me,(I'm in Arizona, they're in Calif) because of the new shipping method through UPS, instead of just sending it directly through first class mail at the USPS. Three days from CA to AZ, is not right! At the tops, the delivery should have been two days. I missed my deadline for getting some important documents to a state agency, because of this. Because I don't use but one cartridge a year, I did not have one in reserve. Partly my fault, but how long is the cartridge supposed to sit, unused, before drying up? This new service through UPS solutions needs to be looked at for efficiency on the customer's end."
