"Our order was processed quickly and arrived on time. We have used Shop4Tech for some time now and never had a problem with our order until this shipment.

We received CD jeweled inserts instead of the DVD inserts we had ordered. I called Shop4Tech and they immediately looked into the problem and called me right back within 5 minutes. They apologized for the mistake and even though it was close to their closing time on the west coast, were able to send out my correct order before they closed. I received a prepaid return mailing label by e-mail. Once the correct inserts arrived, I placed the incorrect inserts in the box, followed the simple instructions sent to me and dropped them off at the nearest UPS stop.

We also had ordered 14mm DVD cases. This is not the first time we have ordered these cases. The quality of these cases were excellent! I did find the 14mm DVD cases a little cheaper elsewhere, but after reading the case reviews on the other site's website, decided to stay with Shop4Tech.

If you are ordering DVD cases for the first time, I advise you not to order the recyclable plastic ones as they are a little brittle and tend to crack.

" Discovered Shop4Tech a couple of years ago. Have always received superfast shipping with good prices and large selection. The only issue I have is that on a couple of orders of 50-100 dvd/cd cases, I have found one or two that were not useable. Haven't checked all in this last order, but on the previous one, had a case(white 7mm) that wouldn't latch, and one that had no clear outer cover. Not a big deal, but if paid for, expect all to be A-1. One or two aren't worth returning."
