Had an issue with their shipping this time, as unbeknownst to me, they switched from "all the way with UPS" to "UPS hands it off to USPS." As a result, USPS returned the package to Shop4Tech, as I'd used our physical address (which UPS knows, but USPS doesn't). Anyway, we got it straightened out, Shop4Tech was very apologetic about it, they shipped a replacement order right away, and promptly refunded the original purchase as soon as they received the returned package.

"I ordered 3 HP refilled ink cartridges in April 2009. When I installed the first in 2010, I found it to be terrible. Printing was streaky and pale. The printer gave an error message that it could not align the cartridge. When I contacted Shop 4tech to report via email I did not receive the courtesy of a response. When I replaced the Shop 4tech cartridge with an HP cartridge the error message disappeared and the printer prints perfectly, so its not a problem with the printer. Worst internet shopping experience ever."
