"I have purchased ink cartridges from Shop4Tech.com for about 5+ years. Exceptional prices on the Epson Stylus Photo 820 cartridges I've bought and NEVER a single problem. I have recently bought cartridges for a Lexmark X7675 which are just recently installed and working perfectly. The printer "warns" that the warranty (which is expired) will not be valid if I use third party ink, but who cares? The S4T cartridges are over a third less expensive and I've never had a problem with them. Obviously, this breaks the mfgr's profit plan by not being able to bleed me for huge profits on the ink!"

"Company service was good, but the quality of product was bad. The laser pointer that I ordered lasted about 12 seconds, then went dim, and completely out at 20 sec. New batteries did the same. It took about 20 minutes to (recharge? cool down?) before the pointer again was bright. This is not good for presentations. Teh order took a long time, as it was drop shipped from China, not a problem but should be better informed."
