"02/25/2011 - I placed an order for the 3 colored toner cartridges for a Konica Magicolor 2430DL laser printer on Thursday, 02/17. As of the following Tuesday, I still had not heard anything, so I called up to check the status as on-line it still said my order was Open. I spoke to a CSR who stated that my order had shipped and was due to be delivered on Thursday, 02/24. I requested the tracking number and the CSR e-mailed it to me.

On 02/24, the package was delivered as expected. Unfortunately, there were some issues with it. The yellow toner cartridge was leaking toner all over the box. It appears that a hole was poked through the toner box (not the outer shipping box). This caused toner to spill all over the toner box and some even got into the shipping box. Also, instead of a cyan cartridge, it appears that I was shipped another yellow cartridge for the Magicolor 2300DL series (not my printer series). The packing slip indicates that the yellow 2300DL series cartridge was indeed shipped, but that is not on my order.

I will be calling up once the business opens today to try to get these issues rectified. Review will be updated at that time.

Update 02/25: Talked with a CSR who stated that my order was dropshipped from a vendor and the packing list is from the vendor. She stated that I should complete the RMA process for a replacement. She implied that Shop4Tech will pay for the return shipping since this was not of any doing on my part. I then received a call from a CSR later that night who requested some info from me. He stated that he would get back to me with the RMA info once he contacted their vendor.

Update 02/28: Received a call from the CSR from the other night. He provided me an RMA number and told me that I would be getting a UPS label via e-mail to return the defective items. When I told him that I had also just ordered a black toner cartidge, he stated that he would pull that order and add the replacement yellow and magenta cartridges to it so that I could receive them all at once.

Update 03/04: Received the delivery with all three cartridges in it (black, yellow, magenta). They were all in good condition and installed without issue. A few test prints seem to go well.

All in all, I am very satisfied how Shop4Tech went about correcting an issue that was really the issue of an outside vendor. They have definitely won me as a customer for toner and possibly other computer media as well."
