"As always, the things they have in stock ship quickly but I'm to wait 3 weeks for the things they don't stock. I hope they come and, since they were Christmas gifts, it's a shame.
In their favor, they tell you up front that it takes that long to arrive so I have no cause to complain.

"I ordered this about a MONTH ahead from Christmas (November 29th) and figured it would get here in time. I ordered with Google Checkout and got the confirmation email pretty soon after the order. Once a week since then, I have checked the website to see if it has shipped... it doesn't even recognize the order number! Then, I call and ask what is wrong with my order and the lady tells me that it shipped December 7th and that it should get here in four weeks!! I got the shipping that said 2-3 weeks, so one would think that if it didn't ship until a week after I ordered it that it would at least get here within a week or two. But no! It has been two weeks and the lady tells me I won't get it until the beginning of January. I should also note that I live just north of the company's location, so it really should not take five weeks to ship. This is ridiculous, I recommend going somewhere else to buy this stuff because their stuff is not original and their service is terrible."

"This store has the worst customer service. I recently called to get an update on my order (I still have not received it after ordering on Nov 19) and was promptly told that it took 4 weeks and would be delivered on or by Christmas Eve. No further explanation was provided and the representative hung up on me. If it took a minimum of 4 weeks, I would have my product within the next two business days. The website says it "may take up to 4 weeks" but is "usually delivered within 2-3 weeks", not that it definitely will take 4 weeks for me to even see the package. The website also does not specify when if that is 4 weeks from order date or from shipping date. Another thing is that my order shipped on December 3rd. Why does it take a week for processing and why was I not notified of this? Bottom line, DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! It is worth the extra money to order from a different website just for peace of mind."
