The only thing to watch out for is the first time you remove the filler pins there might be some pressure which might casuse a little ink ooze, so use gloves anyway to be safe. The refilled cartage is printing excellent and I had no problem with aligning the cartage in my hp5500. The cost of the refill kit out ways anything I've bought eariler on the net.
