"This company will make you pay for return shipping when there are issues with an order. It's just not worth it in my opinion, buy elsewhere or take a gamble and hope that there isn't anything that comes up"
"I placed an order and found out just after giving them my email address that it also gave them my phone number because my # is connected to my email. I did not authorize them to have access to my #. This is a breach of privacy.

"Placed and order and got order confirmation right away. Never got a shipping notification, so I emailed them twice and never got any reply. Had to report to my credit card company after 2-1/2 weeks. They take orders but do not fill orders. Avoid at all cost."
"Complete SCAM of a store! Ordered 2 Klein aprons and one came damaged, we only noticed this defect after my husband wore it ONE TIME. I took Eio Storefront's word that they would send a replacement so I returned the damaged apron that had a hole in the pocket. This scam artist said he mailed the replacement (lie #1), then changed his tune and said I sent him a used older model apron and that there was no hole in the apron I sent him and that his "Klein rep" told him it's an older model apron (lie #2)! The only apron I mailed back to him was the one he sent me. We spoke to Klein Tools directly and sent them the picture of the apron the owner of Eio emailed me saying I sent him the wrong apron back (this guy doesn't even know his own merchandise) and Klein stated the apron was "visibly in great condition" and she immediately could see the hole from the way the stitching was sewn on the pocket and stated Eio Storefront should warranty this apron as these are Klein Company guarantees, Klein also said no one at Eio Storefront ever contacted or spoke to any Klein rep. (lie #3) Owner of Eio Storefront will NOT Warranty and will NOT even send me back the "old dirty" apron so Klein Tools can warranty directly. Eio Storefront has my money and my product!! His only response is that I mailed him an apron that is over a year old and he's so sorry that Amazon policy will not allow him to refund. He's a piece of garbage hiding behind Amazon!"
"It's been in excess of a year and I have yet to receive my merchandise, N95 masks. I tended understand an initial "reason" for the delay considering the stresses in availability due to the Covid-19. Since then, they have totally ignored my inquiries. I ordered through Google Store, which I will also never see me venturing to use again. "

"I spoke with their phone agent to ask about "extended handling" on something I needed to buy. The customer service guy was super friendly and he helped me find out the timeline for my order. He also followed up with me to make sure that my stuff shipped out on time. Will do business again, they're on top of it."

Then it turned out they replaced my order with some junk without even contacting me first. I called the customer service and mr Matt T. was very rude, didn't listen to me and told me I had to ship it back at my own expense in order to get a refund. Really???

"My experience was awful with EIO and thank God Walmart.com was there to help. This is a 3rd party seller on Walmart.com. Save yourself the trouble and never order from them. My first order was "lost", so we cancelled that order and ordered the item again. It was delivered. All good. Then we get an email that our first order was found and they are recharging our card and delivering the item. Before we saw the email, the item was delivered and our card charged again. It was delivered on Feb. 5th and the return window expired on Jan. 22nd. It took us 6 weeks to finally get our refund and Walmart.com had to step in and take over. EIO wouldn't send us a return shipping label. Walmart.com made that happen. Even after it had been returned for weeks, we never saw our refund. Had to go through Walmart.com again to have them step in. "

"I don't understand why this company sells stuffs that they don't have. I placed an order more than 3 weeks ago, and there's no update regarding the shipping. Customer service is such a complete disappointment. When I asked about my order shipping progress, no answer and no apology. I asked for cancelling my order. At least they cancelled my order and refund my money. Make sure you order from them only for their in-stock items, but be careful. I will not recommend this company to anyone. They really need to improve their customer service and please update customers with the shipping progress. How hard is it to shoot an automated email saying the shipment has been delayed. "
