I received a letter from California. It seems slow but it is going somewhere.
I also reported to FBI for "protection equipment" (PPE) related fraud."
"Ordered masks in February - they charged my CC $45.00 2/27/20. The refuse to cancel, refund or ship the order.
Purchased 2 boxes of face masks, CC charged 2/27/20. I contacted them numerous via email and all I got were excuses. They refuse to ship, cancel, or refund my $45. I believe they strung me along until I could no longer refute the transaction with my bank.
I encourage everyone ripped off by these scumbags to file a report with the CA atty general as I did. "

Just had to file a Paypal dispute, 2 months nothing! a month ago was told it was "shipping soon", asked again last week, no response.
If they do not ship the order within 45 or 60 days of charging you/accepting payment they are in violation of PayPal and/or their credit card merchant agreement .
They must refund you 100%.
Don't let them try and scam you out of 10% for an order they couldn't fulfill- this is illegal.
FILE A PAYPAL DISPUTE or Call your credit card to dispute the charge."
"Almost four months after I placed an order and they still couldn't even provide me an estimate on when they might ship. Then they decided to remind me about the 10% fee for cancelling. I told them they could fight with my credit card company then and that's where it all stands. "
