"Ordered a power board for my Samsung 65" TV. The one that they sent was electrically non-functional when I received it. I verified its condition using a factory test from Samsung. As a matter of fact my old power board was more functional than the one from Shop Jimmy! I sent them messages, as they do not have a working phone listed, to get a replacement and heard nothing. Sent the board back and went to another parts vendor to get a working power board. When I got my refund from ShopJimmy it was short 22.75 for the shipping charge! This is how they make their money. They ship out bad cards with the idea to charge the victim restocking/shipping charges! Filed FTC, BBB, Yelp report on their fraudulent scheme. Avoid these guys at any cost."
"The response received from Austin to look elsewhere for chat services and or blogs for support does not reflect the mission statement of the company. In addition, there has been no response from Ryan listed on the Amazon Pay account. As a result, we have asked Amazon Pay to send an email to request services and a return credit. The only reason we used shopJimmy was because Vizio recommended the company out of 2 others and we thought we would receive the best support based on the mission statement. The T-Con board did not resolve any of the vertical line issues. Instead of trying to help their service department suggest to try chat services or blogs outside the company rather than help with this issue. I do not recommend shipJimmy because the employees do not even adhere to their company mission statement of customer satisfaction and top notch support services with knowledgeable sales and techs ready to help the client. Truly an unremarkable experience. In addition, purchased a 2-year warranty on this used part with no interest to support this as it may be an out of box failure since the parts are no longer available brand new. At this point, I do not recommend shopJimmy, call someone else. Furthermore, I do not recommend Vizio as they guide their clients to seek support from a company uninterested in supporting truly engaging and or supporting them."

My TV made the sound like a 22 caliber bullet going off...it lost all power. I first thought it was the power outlet but everything else connected was on. Thankful I'm mechanically inclined removed the rear cover to inspect what failed. Nothing looked burnt or exploded, The capacitors were fine no bulging. I even tested the ceramic fuse at the power inlet 122 volts...I followed some instructions on youtube and I was able to confirm the power board was fried...the instructions led me to your site...I ordered the entire kit just in case...I was very pleased with shipping and care of the product...My TV is now working...you saved me about 300 bucks that the local shop was quoting before parts. Then I look on YouTube again and found another video that said it would be the IR board and that wasn't the problem. Finally finding another video saying the main board was the issue and that was the answer to all my issues with the tv. I bought all my boards on ShopJimmy.com; who by the way, had all the parts I needed at a great price. "My TV suddenly went black. Had happened a few weeks earlier but came back on the next day. This time it did not. I had sound, but no picture. After asking a few questions on a FB group, someone told me to hold a flash light up on the screen and see if I could see any of the picture. I could and was told it was a back light problem. Did more research and found that this was a common problem with the Vizio E550i-B2 model. More research showed that all I needed to do was replace the power supply board. So, I called up the company to get a replacement part sent out and the guy said he would ship it out on Monday via ground as it was before. I asked if he could put a rush on it and he stated that he could not because I had paid for ground shipping before. I stated, no, I paid ground shipping for the correct part to be shipped out to me, not a broken part and then (hopefully) the correct part to be sent to me.
