Zero's and O's OH MY

"Everything was great until I tried to check out and forgot my password, when I was sent the new one it was very difficult to tell if it was a ZERO or the letter O that I needed to put in. Would be easier if you could see what you were typing in(no option for that) and no O or Zero 0 to compare it to."

"It would have been fine, but on your home page you promote a 5% off access code, which I entered correctly on the order page. I didn’t get the discount because the code supposedly had “expired.” This makes your company look bad. Hopefully everything else will go well "
