"You sent me an email saying I had $64.02 rewards. Your order page said I had a $64.02 reward and there is a $50 max reward. I got a $28.12 credit. I spent at least 20 minutes with the online chat to find out that there is a 25% max. There is a link to check the rewards policy. It doesn't work. I got a server error. Your prices are good, and my orders are always correct. Misleading people can make them upset even if you have good prices. Your marketing people are morons. Sending more than one email a day makes you look stupid because they have different discount percentages,. I got two on Christmas day with two percentage discounts. Things like that make people think you don't want their business.
